“Every Death Diminishes Me, Because I’m Involved In Humanity”, Says Sha’aban As He Mourns Sardauna’s Grandson, Danbaba

Kaduna State Gubernatorial aspirant, Honourable Sani Mahmud Sha’aban in a statement made available to KADUNA POLITICAL AFFAIRS on Sunday, said he received with a rude shock, but with total submission to the will of Allah, the demise of Magajin Garin Sokoto, Alhaji Hassan Danbaba, who died yesterday in Kaduna.

Sha’aban added that Magajin Gari’s death is a colossal loss to the Sultanate, Sokoto State, and Northern Nigeria in general.

“A jovial man, full of life, a friend of many, ever-helpful and above all a pragmatic prince,” he said.

“My condolence to the Sultan Muhammad Saad Abubakar, Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, the entire people of Sokoto over the loss of this good-hearted man. Indeed his loss is not only to the Sultanate or Sokoto State but to every man that had interacted with him in the past would attest to his humility and accomodating traits,” he added.

“While we mourn and pray for Allah to repose his soul and give us the fortitude to bear the loss, we also take solace in Allah’s saying that all souls shall tastes death and on to Him is the everlasting rest. May Allah forgive his soul,”says the statement.
